Brad finds the hearing industry extremely fulfilling. Hearing problems can be isolating and one of the best experiences a hearing health professional can do is deliver a patient from medically-imposed isolation. Brad keeps himself abreast of changes in the industry through attending conferences and reading journal articles. He also engages in continual professional development through the Australian College of Audiology. The rapid improvements in medical technology gives him incredible hope for patient outcomes. The last five years have seen considerable growth in the industry. He is extremely excited by the increasingly wonderful prospects for his patients. He really likes the technological side to the industry, and was happy to see the implementation of Artificial Intelligence, Bluetooth, phone connectivity and rechargeability into hearing devices.
Brad was born in Orange in New South Wales and has lived in the Mountain Creek area since 1997. He enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, and their two wonderful children. Brad is a big fan of Indian food, Mexican food and almost anything spicy. Brad is thrilled to be serving the community and he takes an active role in revegetating native plant varieties endemic to the Sunshine Coast. What he loves most about the Sunshine Coast are the sandy beaches, lush hinterland and range of things to see and do. He loves music and has eclectic tastes ranging from classical through to contemporary. He keeps his children active by supporting them with their extra curricular activities as much as possible. Brad also enjoys watching sporting highlights and is a big fan of Spanish La Liga Football Club Barcelona. Brad would love to get back into exercising more, but with a young family, life is very busy for him!
